I have a pretty relaxing day going on today, Rick is on vacation so we are just hangin out in the living room together. I’ve been thinking about some products and recipes I have reviewed and thought I should make an update on them! Click the underlined link to see the original articles!
Natures Gate Shampoo: After 4 days of use, I reported that my hair had gotten less frizzy and felt less dry. After using about 3/4 of the bottles, my hair feels aweful when I’m in the shower and it’s wet. It feels greasy to me now. When I apply the shampoo, it feels like I can’t massage it in because my hair just FEELS so dirty. I know it leaves a coating on my hair (probably why it’s less frizzy). I haven’t felt like I had really clean hair for weeks.
Now, everyone’s hair is different. I’m sure there are some people who will never use another product than this for the rest of their lives… I’m unfortunately not one of them. I can’t wait to get rid of it!
Italian Love Cake I made the cake last Thursday and we are finishing it off today. The piece I just had was the best piece yet! It seems to get better the longer it sits!
Having a Great Avon Rep I do not replace my eye makeup often enough. I found this out when what I thought was a sty last week turned into a full blown double eye infection. Eye makeup (ESPECIALLY mascara) should be replaced every three months. Before this experience, I scoffed at the price of that notion. I usually buy mascara when one catches my eye in the drug store and I feel like spending $13. I’d say I only buy 1.5 tubes per year! Now… I’ve gotten sick from it. Avon has GREAT prices on mascara, so I’ve decided to be a little less impulsive about it and start ordering ahead. I’ve used Avon mascara before and love it! I used to order straight from the catalogue, but hated the fact that I had to wait for the Avon reps “gampaign” to end so that they could mail in the orders. Of course they still offer catalogue ordering, but my rep now has a website! So I can keep my business with her AND get my products quickly! LOVE IT!
